Cancellation Policy
For services requiring a deposit* a 24 hour cancellation policy applies: if your plans change and you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time by email, call or text. All no call/no shows will forfeit their deposit.
Deposits
Deposits pay toward services and will be subtracted from service total at check out.
Multiple Services Appointments
MULTIPLE SERVICE APPOINTMENTS: If booking more than one service on the same appointment day/date there will be a Multiple Service cancellation policy applied which requires 72 hours notice of cancellation by voicemail or text. A cancellation fee of $25 per service will be applied if proper notification is not received.
